Patch of Pumpkins

Our annual visit to the local pumpkin patch was on a gloomy, grey day...but our spirits were high and the pumpkins were plenty.

Gobs and gobs of gourds all around...and all kinds of varieties from Cinderella to Cutie-Pie to Australian Blue to Red Warty Thing{seriously, that was its name}.

Large, medium, small...orange, white, or "blue"...yes, you could have your pick.

Everywhere you looked, a fruitful harvest

but my favorite "pumpkins" of all were
these four "cutie pies"...

They were, by far, the pick of the patch!

Such cute pics Leah!! It seems more like Halloween time when the weather starts to turn a little nasty {like it is here today}...I don't like it, but it definitely feels like Halloween with a little Midwest gloom, rain, and wind!

Hi Leah,

Even here in Chino, California the weather is changing, little colder and "some" sun shining today. Great pics at the pumpkin patch. I always get excited at this time of the year . . looking forward to the holidays. Sandy:O)

Awww so fun. Somehow the gloominess fits a pumpkin patch day.
