At 5 months old, he's 50 pounds & feisty...
His bark is big & loud. To some, he is scary; to most, he is intimidating...
But, I know the truth about our boy Boomer: he's just one big ball of love! He licks my toes & nudges me with his nose; both sweet signs of his affection. Content to be by my side and follow in my footsteps {quite literally}.
Smart & clever, he now knows several commands. Such as sit & stay, down, come & watch me. We're working on "leave it" & "drop it". But, of course, just because Boomer knows them, doesn't mean he always obeys our commands.
For Boomer, it's been more fun to steal the remote, dig holes in the yard, and chew chunks out of furniture. A work in progress with some "growing up" to do, our puppy isn't perfect...
but, he's perfect for us!

he is so sweet. look at him. you can just tell he wants to run up to the nearest human and snuggle with them. i love puppies.
