Eggs-tremely Yummy

...that's the best way to describe one of my brother's omelettes. When Sean's in the kitchen making one of these, he's just like one of those chefs on FoodNetwork! All his ingredients... chopped, diced, whatever...are placed in little glass bowls & within easy reach. His omelettes are made-to-order and each one is truly a culinary masterpiece. Bon Appetit!
